Scope
This East African Standard provides guidelines for delivering Business Development Services (BDS). The guideline can be used by solo practitioners and organisations, working in an urban or rural setting, at a parish, district, or regional level to: a) mprove their processes for service delivery; b) Align interventions to the context of the BDS client, their development life cycle, position in the value chain, and the vertical level at which the MSME is operating. c) Enable consistent delivery of BDS.
