Scope
This East African Standard specifies the requirements for steel sheet in coils and cut lengths for high-strength lowalloy (HSLA) steel supplied as hot-rolled sheet and cold-rolled sheet. This third edition cancels and replaces the second edition (EAS 196:2013) which is hereby withdrawn.
