Scope
This East African Standard specifies requirements for flour for human consumption, which is obtained from pearl miller Pennisetum americanum (variety ‘souna’ and ‘sanoo’), pros millet (Penicum mallaceum), finger millet (Eleusine coracona). This standard does not apply to grits or coarse grain obtained from millet mentioned in 1.1
